Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

• If your confirmed reservation is beyond 48 hours and you cancel within the first 24 hours, we will refund you the same amount we charged including applicable fees.
• We will refund you the same amount we charged if we fail to meet the confirmed reservation on the date and time requested. (The Grace Period is 20 Minutes)
• There is no refund if your confirmed reservation falls within 24 hours.
• There is no refund, if you are a no-show on the date and time of the scheduled pick-up. (The Grace Period is 20 Minutes)

We pride ourselves on giving you the best service and getting you to your destination. We will send reminders via email and or text leading up to pick-up. We will call you on the day of pick-up to make sure we get you to your scheduled destination.
